    Paying via Visa Debit card advice please

    Hi all,

    I've recently upgraded to VIP and paid for this using a Visa Debit card - £8.99 for one month. The payment went through fine last night and my account got upgraded to VIP.

    So, I've just subbed again to VIP and an hour later I've noticed again that my debit card hasn't been billed again and no funds have been taken?

    Is Visa Debit okay to use? Or does the payment take a short time to be billed?

    I don't recommend people use Visa debit cards for online purchases. If you prefer to use a cash card, then purchase a 60 day or 12 month subscription card and load the card number into the online system. You can purchase these cards on the turbine.com website.

    Or, use a PayPal type account that is not linked to a cash-bearing account.

    Just a suggestion. To each, their own.

    Turbine does bulk billing. Once a day. Many customers have reported that it can take two or three days before Turbine charges their account.

    If you can cancel your subscription before the card is charged, the subscription order is totally cancelled. It is a nice buyer regret system if you change your mind quick enough.

    I use Visa debt to pay for my sub so i shouldnt see a problem with that and normally it takes up to 3 days for the money to come out your bank account.
