Each piece of Great River jewelry requires a Large Westfold Symbol which has a cool down of 6 days and 18 hours. Does this mean I can only make one piece of jewelry every seven days ?.

Yep, same as other crafters.

I think you are referring to the guild recipe right? There is a stangard merchant who sells one use recipes for the equivalent items in exchange for tokens. I believe the difference is they have only a chance to crit and do not require guild symbol whereas the guild recipe is guaranteed crit.

if you make your medium and small symbols every time they are off CD you can trade them up for an extra large every 3rd or 4th week.

set aside a craft night and make one emblem a week.
Since there are several items per jewelry set it is good to have several just waiting for when you need them.

Thanks for the responses. Are you saying that if I have three large symbols that I can make three pieces right away without a penalty ?.

Yes- one of each type. EG one earring. One bracelet. One necklace. Then all three recipe types are on all cooldown.

However most good Guild teal westfold recipes require both rep with Riders and a cracked sigil -which drop for me about once in a blue moon. You can barter for sigils at crafting skirm vendor though, I think. Or buy them on AH. (I am saving marks/meds for armour and soldier atm, so haven't checked.)

BTW, most player at cap are wearing great river barter jewellery so don't make huge amounts to sell. Just what you need until you get rep with stangard and great river.
