    Lottery of Rhovanion level setting is off

    So the regular LoR which started today has the normal text indicating its for L61-70 hwoever all of my L75 characters were listed as eligible for it.

    Whoops, and I probably joined with my 75 lvls then, I never look at the lotteries before I join all eligible chars...
