Thread: Where is Mazauk ?

Hi,

I did the "Maw of Mazauk" quest but whenever I return to where Mazauk is supposed to be (half way between Lugazag and DG), he's never there. I returned to this area more than a half dozen of time.

I understand some quests require that the area be owned by creeps to have the quest giver be present but here, Both Lugazag and DG are owned by creeps each time I went there. Mazauk is never there. There just a bunch of NPC wargs there.

I also understand that Mazauk can be killed by freeps but I supposed his body should be there lying somewhere like when Gorgoris is killed, her body lies there with a quest Ring above her head. But here, there is nothing like that.

What's the requirement for Mazauk be present.

Lug needs to be blue to unleash warg

TR has to be red to unleash bear

TA has to be blue to unleash Tyrant

TA has to be red to unleash An.

If you think about what he said..

Lugz needs to be blue to release the Warg or what would be his puropuse. He assists in taking the keep. Same for Goldie etc...

Yes, it rang a bell when I thought about Gorgoris. At first I just thought they were simple quest giver.
