Thread: Where have my green dots gone?

I really hope to find if anyone has experienced this, or has heard of it elsewhere. My wife and I duo a lot of the time, and we cannot see the others green dot on the mini map, unless we are the leader of the fellowship.

For example, just last night, she invites me to fellowship, she can see my green dot just fine, yet I cannot see her. She transfers leadership to me, and true to form, her dot pops right up on my radar. Now keep in mind, we are no more than 8-10 meters away from each other, so well within seeing one another physically, yet we can watch the green dots disappear and reappear as we transfer leadership.

Anyway, if anyone has any ideas or input, I would more than appreciate it.

You've most likely turned off the 'Fellowship Leader' option in the Radar filter.

Right click on the Map button on the edge of the Radar (about 4 o'clock) and choose Filter. Assure 'Fellow' and 'Fellowship Leader' are checked. If they are, you should be able to see each other's dots.

It sounds to me like (somehow) one of your mini-map filters have been disabled - specifically the filter that shows the "Fellowship Leader".

I'm at work right now so I'm working from memory - others will be able to refine this answer (I hope). But, if memory serves me, you need to right-click on your mini-map (radar). This should give you the option of modifying your mini-map filters. In the list of filters you should find "Fellowship Leader" - I suspect it is unchecked. Put a checkmark by that option and you should be good to go! (furthermore, you should be able to see where your wife went!)

PS. This has happened to me before - no idea how the filter got turned off in the first place.
