Question Turbine point cards in germany?

Hey there ive been trying to get myself some turbine points for the lotro store so i can buy stuff, and in a previous thread ive been told a prepait credit/debit card is a good idea, but my mom os not too fond of the idea. Now im going to germany for vacation soon, and i think ive seen a turbine point card with a euro symbol in the internet before, so my question is whether i can buy turbine point cards anywhere in gamestores or other stores, and if so where i can buy them.
    I appreciate your answers,

    Mornelthar

You can buy TP cards in the German Game Stop stores (at least here at Stuttgart, they sell them).
It's 20 € for 1800 points. Under www.gamestop.de you can find the nearest shop via the postal
code of the city you're staying. It's on the left side of the starting page.

Have never bought a point card there, but Turbine says, that you get point cards in participating Gamestop shops:
