Account / subscription problem
Hello,
I bought a VIP account in april with 3 months of game time to test Lotro taking care of the same day to unsubscribe to avoid a tacit renewal of the subscription.
And yesterday, I realized that I have again been charged for 3 months subscription.
Ps: My lady friend has exactly the same problem, we did both the cancellation after subscription, why did it change?
