It certainly sounds like something's hooked to your browser and is doing periodic redirects to pump up traffic to a website. It seems oddly specific though if that's the only redirect you're getting, so it might also be trying to manipulate your search results on google, bing etc. As adviced, run malware scans, and also check for stuff masquerading as benign items such as a browser addon you've recently installed. It is also a good idea to check what your hosts-file has eaten, open in notepad (windows 7: C:windows\system32\drivers\etc \). There should be no uncommented lines (lines not starting with #) if you've never edited the file before.
If you dont use antivirus/firewall yet, i'd say about time you start doing so.
Anyway, a virus/malware scan is in order for your PC. From personal preference, Kaspersky PURE 30 day trial will get almost anything that is out there, and Malwarebytes antimalware will clean the rest. If it happens, that you cant get these from your PC (sometimes malware actively blocks stuff that can remove it), then get a friend to download these for you, put on a flash and then install from it.
Thank you, Turbine, for listening and giving us an opt-out of FE! Good work!
