    F2P to Premuim problem.

    i bough a TP bundle and i recived the points. but it is my understanding that i was suppousd to be upgraded to premuim at the same time. i can find no idacation the the upgrade took place. no extra char slot or anything. i tryed to submit a ticket but i am not sure it worked. i have found no error messages or anything else to indacate that something went wrong. i would aprecated some help.

    You don't need to spend any TP. As long as you spend real money in any way on the game you will be upgraded. So, since you say you bought and received TP, you should be premium. It should say Premium on the *character select* screen. If it still says "Free to Play Trial Account" on your *subscription select* screen, which is before the *character select* screen, then you can change your account's nickname after logging in at https://myaccount.turbine.com .

    Give it a day. If that doesn't work, call Account Support.
