Account / subscription problem
I bought a VIP account with 3 months of game time to test Lotro taking care of the day to unsubscribe to avoid a tacit renewal of the subscription.
And today, I realize that I have again been charged for 3 months subscription and of course the turbine site is still inaccessible.
Someone already knew the same fate?

Call account services ASAP and see if they can help you out. Clearly the server's been down today so it's not like you've been utilizing that subscription.
