Hi, The reason why its not working is because lotro game was brought down for fixes

The error is to be expected, given that the game servers are down until 1pm Eastern for maintenance. The maintenance period was announced in the game login window for 2 days previous to today.

my apologies but i have missed it i was sure( but now not so much) on my launcher tab to have seen only the down mainteinance advice of july 13...

just one more question: also this morning i wasn't able to start the launcher.....

Hey, Dude it's because they were down sence 3 AM nothing to be unhappy about just the servers are down for fixes....
