I recently purchased VIP on my account via PayPal. I received the email saying that i signed up for a pre-approved 1 year plan for Turbine. Seeing as I only wanted a 1 month subscription (just to try it out), i cancelled this subscription. This was yesterday. I log on today to see that I am no longer a VIP. The weird thing is that the $15 was never removed from my PayPal.
1.) When will the money be taken out?
2.) Where is my VIP status, and how can i get it back?

When reactivating a VIP subscription after a previously failed payment, the system seeks to first collect the failed payment, and then will switch you over to your newly chosen price plan. It sounds like this may be the case with your subscription, as it is activating you on the yearly plan when you chose the monthly.
Contact Account Support directly via the information in my signature. They are able to resume your subscription on whatever price plan you would like.
