I am having the same problem in pve. It started a couple of weeks ago and has been gradually getting worse. Now I crash when i trade between accounts almost every time. It is beyond annoying.

    Does anyone know a solution?

    A possible solution

Google search "Game Booster 3.exe download" and get that program. Once you have it installed and running you need to do 2 things.

    1) Switch your computer into game mode via this program.

    2) from the program's Tools option select Defrag.
    - A list of programs and files should pop up on there. Select LOTRO Client and click defrag. Do the same with the actual Lotro program itself as well. I recommend doing this after every patch and update to keep your game running smoothly.

If this helps at all, awesome. If not, I hope your bug gets fixed soon.
