Like the previous reviewer said, there's few out there that use that type of system.
The kin I raid with mostly normally just allows for rolls but then we keep track of who has gotten the big items (Worn Symbol of Elder King and Clasp) and only allow the people that haven't won anything to roll. Now if we have pugs in the group then everyone rolls regardless of whether if someone in kin has won yet or not to help increase the odds of keeping the item in kin. If someone who already gotten a symbol wins again then we would award that item to that kinnie but the kinnie would give it to the next highest roller who hasn't gotten a symbol in kin. I like this system a lot because it helps strengthen the core raiding members within the kin but still allow the pugs a chance to win also whereas in a DKP system....there's almost no reason for anyone else who hasn't been raiding with the group to help out at all.
If you would really like to find a group that utilizes the DKP system then I would suggest the Brandywine Raiders or speak to Tristanir in game. It's a nonkinship raiding group; rather, it's an alliance of people from typically small kins who raid together. I run with them sometimes and they are very strong group. They have their own vent etc.
