So i just bought my mithril edition, digital version and activated it on my lotro account ( i have some time left in vip currently ) .. thou i didint receive any 2000 points, no quests packs and no mounts then i logged my account.. i tried to reloging ant noticed that after my VIP subscription is NON-VIP one.. so i thoight i need to loing throu that to receive everything and guess what... its empty! yes i have 3 slots and probably those 2000 points and mount but all my 5 heros are not there.. so i dont really understand, now i need to play over again on that mithril subscription ? i thought things like TP,quest packs are account vide.. I've already submitted ticket in turbine support page, but maybe i can do something else ? It seems this will take ages for them to react.

You put in the ticket about 10 minutes ago, yes? I'd give it a bit before assuming it will take "ages".

Its 4 hours now as i sent a ticket thou it is said it can take up to 2 days for them to reply ( which i think will be the case ) and thats ages. And for phone version, well im not up spending 20 more bucks on phone bills trying sort this thing off so i will stick with ticket for now, hope it will help thanks for concern thou
You did not read carefully when adding the key to your account. Instead of upgrading your existing subscription you created a new one. (your are not alone with this, check the forums )
