Hi, i bought a 60 sub today from turbine, i got the e-mail with the code, followed the link back to myaccount.turbine but for the life of me cant see were to enter the code, i see the part that says "Activate Product Key" but nothing to add game time, i see the bit at the bottom that says "The Lord of the Rings Online™ Subscriptions" but there's nothing there either, anyone?.
hi, thanks for the reply, i feel so silly but i just cant see it, there is a banner on the bottom of the myaccount.turbine page with my Subscriptions status, it says premium (i have bought tp before), then a click box with "upgrade" on it, that just takes me back to were i ordered the key, i had a friend look with me and he could not find it, good grief, a feel stupid but a just cant see it

ok try clicking on the upgrage now button, worst this will do is ask you how you want to pay
iirc (although ive never seen it.. im in for life yeah... im suffering longer than most crims in the UK ) you should be asked how you want to pay, (yet another)iirc one of the options you should be given is game time card

There is indeed a known issue where the 'Add Game Card' link will not appear in the subscription box for some players. However, there is another spot the code can be entered. If you click the 'Upgrade Now' button, and then click the bullet point that says 'Game Card or Other Payment Methods'. There will then be a field to enter your GTC.
If neither of these options works for you, the Account Support team should be able to help you out via a ticket submitted here.
