    Product Key problems

    I'm not necessarily new to LOTRO but am new to forum use, so in this case i feel like a bit of a noob.

    My account I use to this day is the account I've been using since launch. I've purchased two LOTRO Shadows of Angmar with 2 separate product key's as hard copies. I am playing the F2P version at the moment and ran into problems when I purchased RoR heroic edition. To get the bonus' and benefits of heroic I have to log into my account through turbine, but it requires a product key. the two product keys are 'already in use' and this is were I'm stuck. Were can I find my product key for my account, or do i even need to give a product key because I'm F2P?

    I am aware this thread may also be posted in the wrong part of this forum.

    you need to enter the product key you were given with your purchase of RoR, not your old angmar code.

    go to myaccount.turbine.com, log in and enter the new code you got with purchase.
