Thread: wow its late Coffee, Tea, and stuff

Sorry about the late opening. Wilson informs me that due to the recent patch, all coffee house activities had their schedules changed, so the deliveries were all late. But we are open now.
The Kin had a blast last night doing a retro helgorod raid. Its fun when you see new people beginning to blend in seamlessly. If we can get enough people, we may take it all the way to the end.

I haven't played in awhile. Not since Weatherstock. There's big areas I haven't seen yet so I should get back into the game, but there's been so litte time.

meh.

So much at work, it's hard to focus - feel pulled in a 100 different directions right now. Construction drawings for this project. Foundation recommendations for that one. Finalize the Feasibility report for that dam. One of my young engineers resigned out of the blue yesterday. Another one called in sick on Monday after a skateboarding accident on the weekend (skateboarding! ) and another one just had to leave a project site and was diagnosed iwth bronchitis so she'll be out of things for a few days. Too much to do, not nearly enough people to do it!

I did have a nice lunch today - buffalo chicken on soy and blue cheese salad... it wasn't intended that way - but I just mixed and matched my leftovers!

hey slammy, do you need a good appointments secretary? I wont cost too much! Seriously, the job prospects are not looking good. And I just heard from the building and they are going to hold me to my lease, so no relief there. Meh........

as for the job thing, I know I shouldn't complain about being too busy - and I'm not really complaining, just whinging a little. It's better to be busy than not, so i'll take it and keep on chugging away.

I'm guessing the medical transcription position didn't pan out eh? and the lease thing - that is meh. silly gits.

Hey, on FB whenever I try and reply to that birthdate request - it tries to make me buy an app - and I refuse to do so on the principle of the thing. but I'll PM you my birthdate anyway!

Busy's been busy I suppose. The bees certainly seem to be bustling about in any event. I've spent most of the day running from one place to another and then back to some place I'd already been because they didn't take cash or the teller didn't know that "Bonn" has two ns in it or what not. At the end of it all I've got a ton of errands finished, a bunch of random things bought (including my wedding band), and the first prerequisite bits for the whole immigratey thing are on their respective ways. And soon there will be dinners. I'd like to finish my current project but all that's really left is setting some rivets and that's a fairly noisy thing to be doing at 21:00. Instead I suppose I'll pack invitations into envelopes and have some variety of dinner.

Welby, I did catch that little video you just uploaded. You've certainly made that thing look interesting. =)
