I know I've made this thread or posted this 100x but oh well (sorry if this is in another recent thread).
I see no reason BoF has a 90sec CD. It is a toggle skill and at max should have a 10sec CD. I can't say how much I hate leaving a rez and getting jumped but can't have BoF up because it is a large CD for a toggle. It really gets to me when I only lose by a few hundred morale that I missed at the beginning of the fight before it came back up. Oh not to mention I hate when I know where someone is I want to try and kill but if I map in I know I won't be ready because I have no BoF...so much fun.
It just seems like a real easy thing that would make playing a bit more enjoyable. There should be no reason for anyone to oppose this seeing as it is a toggle.

I agree with you but, imo it's 90s because it's an INSTANT skill, if it were let's say 5s, you could ignore a lot of animations by toggling it. CD should be lower like all other toggles, but it should be a normal skill or fast.

Who would care if a toggle is instant or fast ?
Just remove the "instant" on the skill along with the CD .
It's a super simple skill that reflects tiny damage , no more , no less .
( talking about Blood of Fire , here's a ./signed hoping they improve the skill )
signed, it's such a pita to wait for in a 1v1 when a freep is so eager to fight you. One thing tho to keep it from being op: dont make it immediate so you can't chain it with other skills every 10 seconds, tho I'd prefer just having the reflect damage rather than chain it together, tho I prob use it once or twice in a fight idk.
so many times i have had to wait for this to be able to 1v1. rather annoying. missed many 1v1's as well cause freeps get tired of waiting for it and just go fight someone else
Make it so when you die and/or toggle it off it goes on a 5/10s CD. Thus it can't be "spam toggled", though whoever would do that to begin with is an idiot, and it keeps the option of being turned off to avoid npc tags without the stupid long cooldown.
Also please reduce the cooldown on slick flesh and other creep buffs. Frustrating to go from my captain with motivating speech on a 3s cooldown to my defiler that has to wait a 1m cooldown to get slick flesh on that last warg that's always wandering outside of buff range. (You know who you are!)

Yea I don't understand why buffs that last awhile have such long cd's in some cases. All it does is cause an inconvenience that just adds up to other frustrations. I see no reason why a buff should have a CD larger then 10sec. This is not including combat buffs (the ones that only last for a short period of time).
Hopefully turbine will review this thread and get this in a patch by the expansion or close around the expansion. I really see no reason they couldn't do this for us.

Same thing with "DoF" buffs .
Why do I have to wait 1 min to use both evade and armour ?
