    server bug?

    I just made my account for this game, i am on the snowbourn server. but when i try to create my first character, it wont allow me to choose a race. It allows me to pick male or female, but not human, dwarf, etc..., and thus i cant actually get out of the character creation page. it still shows the classes, but not the races. anyone got an idea of what's going on here?

    Some people's computers have trouble using the character creation screen with DirectX 10 or 11. Click the Options button (which I hope you can see) and go to Video Options and select DirectX 9. That should fix the problem and allow you to create a character.
