    Skill Bar and Tabs Distorted and scattered

    Any idea how to fix this ?

    Ctrl / does not help cause the main toolbar cant be moved.

    Setting UI to default does not revert the toolbar to bottom.

    Relogging fixed the issue but im lucky this time cause my loremaster which is lvl 36 for 3 years is having this issue still and i couldnt fix it.Weird is that i even see the distorted toolbar on that character on other pcs or laptops with lotro installed.

    To sum up it is a very old bug perhaps more that 3 years old.

    That is not the standard in game UI. Uninstall it and use the regular UI.

    It's either a plugin or custom interface issue, disable them all and one by one turn them back on to find which is causing you the issue.
