    Ended 05/06/2012 12:00PM EDT

    Never got the items
    so disapointed..can you help me pls!

    A word about Lottery Support
    Lotteries are considered BETA and are not supported by in game GMs, Tech Support, or Customer Service. Do not contact them as they will be unable to assist you with any lottery related issues. Items lost, misdirected or sent to ineligible characters cannot be replaced, restored, or moved to other characters.

    I'm afraid you are out of luck. Literally.

    I notice the date of the lottery you list was a while back. Items only stay in your mail for about 2 weeks. Any chance you just did not grab the items in time?

    You had to get your winnings out of the mail no later than May 20, 2012. The mail with the goodies only lasts two weeks.
