Thread: I am VIP, but cannot access all the quests in Eriador.

I am VIP, but cannot access all the quests in Eriador.
When I talk to a quest giver, on the place where is should say "Accept", it says "Unlock".
It makes me unlock the quests which I am entitled to as an VIP-player.
I bought a 3-month subscription yesterday.

Exactly which region?

Does your character select screen say VIP?

I've only played with my Lore-Master now and just got out of North Downs and moved to Evendim to quest.
There were couple of quests in North Downs I couldnt accept and I cant accept any quests in Evendim to my knowledge.
And it said VIP yesterday.

EDIT: I just checked my account page and apparently they didn't accept my money and that is the reason they down-graded my account. Thanks for the small push I needed to check it.

Did you pay with a credit card (recurring subscription) and then canceled it right away? If so then the payment would have been canceled and Turbine would not have sent in the request to process it. Turbine processess the payments in bulk in the mornings, and not right away when you add the VIP. So canceling before they process the payment stops it. Turbine recommends waiting at least 24 hours, but it may take longer for payments from outside the US (which is why some players suggest waiting at least 3 days). If this is the case, just resubmit the VIP and wait before canceling.
