Bought -50% Great river (398TP) for full price (795TP)!
1.) I opened Store on character screen.
2.) Choose discounted Great River (398TP)
3.) Clicked on Quick buy (there was 398TP price again) and place order
4.) My 3720TP became 2925TP (795TP)!!! (~5:52 GMT)
I don't see new order email among my other emails..
So I bought Great river for the full price.. I already submited ticket.
Did anybody experience similar problem?
It doesn't look that this problem is time related..

that Zackthecat was buying Forochel for several accounts.. First 3 was ok but 4th was not discounted.
And moreover I haven't received order email as usual.. it looks like some Lotro Store random error..

I had problems buying forochel on my F2P account, but they were solved. Afterwards, Great River purchase happened without problems (though i had 406 TP at time of purchase, so i was left with only 8 afterwards).
I hope, Your TP will be refunded soon by Turbine (should be easily seen in logs of purchase and account TP balance changes) .

Amazingly, the exact same thing happened to me, bought it when it said 50% off, and charged full price, but when I submitted a ticket, they said I was charged the correct amount because it wasn't on sale. I thought this was incredibly bad customer service. I've responded letting them know not to insult my intelligence or eyesight, but I've yet to hear back. If this has happened to anyone else reading this, you should definitely respond so that everyone gets a proper refund due to a mistake on Turbine's end.
