Anyone else was unlucky like me and the goblins' fire pot encounter didn't repeatedly update the deed?
I managed to get ahold of a GM and got the usual "we can't do this and that blabla" reply.
It took me like two weeks to get the damn encounter again and it bugged out AGAIN. And the damn support is useless. Considering how they totally ignore other skirmish-related bugs, I can assume I will have this completed by the time two more expansions hit us
Many philosophical problems are caused by such things as the simple inability to shut up.
Are you by chance running them way under level? I was doing that for a while trying to get a ruck encounter to pop only to discover that if the mobs are grey, it won't count :-(
*Shrug*. Whatever. I'm telling you for a fact that the Goblin Fire-Pot encounter will only count for the deed if it's done on-level. I have no idea if it's a bug or WAI or the work of the CIA, that's just the way it is.
I highly doubt that. I did several of the others on lvl67 and they updated just fine.
OR are you saying this is the bug? Having to do it on-level instead?
I have no idea if it has to be done on level, but I had no problem with it updating when I ran it at lvl 75 on a lvl 75. Also don't forget to actually "use" the fire pot after you kill the goblins (heard one kin member who didn't do that and couldn't figure out why it didn't update after killing the mobs).

"shrug" You are incorrect, I have run it at level and hit the pot and still not gotten credit for it. Not only have I done it at level, I have done it about 20 times with no credit still. And yes, the 20th time was finally enough for me. There will be no more attempts.

No, I am not incorrect. The deed will not update - ever - if this encounter is completed in a skirmish set at a lower level than the character running it. This is exactly what the OP was doing, running lvl 67 skirmishes with a lvl 75 character. This method does indeed update other encounters, but does not work for the Fire-Pot.
Now, you are saying something different, that the deed will not update even if you *do* run the skirmish on-level. You don't say what level - was it level 75? It is possible that the deed only updates if the skirmish is at lvl 75. All my characters but one completed the encounter at lvl 75 in a level 75 skirmish and the deed updated first time for them all.
