So, I downloaded LOTRO yesterday.
I played for around three hours.
Then it random ally, freezes and crashes.
I attempt to reboot it, but the game will not launch.
I can log on and pick a server, but nothing more than that.
My firewall is disabled.
And I have no idea what could be the problem.
Should I uninstall or is there an easier way?
Thanks.
Can you tell us the stats on your system? Are you playing on a laptop or desktop?
Well chrashing can be a result of the system over heating mainly for laptops.
How is your internet connetion?
Are you using WIFI?
I can help you alot better with more info.
But uninstalling then reinstalling mite not fix it.
Are you getting a Blue Screen? if so goto my computer or computer right click on the hard drive that has windows installed then goto tools click on check disk and check both boxes then restart.
I'm running Windows XP 32bit on a desktop.
I am not using WIFI.
I'm getting no blue screen at all.
I log on, get on a server, and LOTRO crashes.
It simply just turns off from there out.
No error is seen on screen at all.
Even though I am not getting a blue screen, should I attempt that method?
