Thread: Microsoft DirectX 9.0.2009.8 redistributable

ok ive finished downloading the game but when the launcher starts I got this error
saying that Microsoft DirectX 9.0.2009.8 redistributable wont download or install
what should I do I want to play this game
btw I have windows 7

Hard to believe that your system doesn't already have DirectX on it,
but you can run the installer yourself if you visit our friends in Redmond:

Once DirectX is installed, regardless of the source, the launcher should
detect it and move along...

I would try to upgrade to a graphics card thats DX11 compatible. If you are using a desktop.

Try installing all your updates first then restart and try downloading and installing DX9R again.

Do you have your graphics card driver?

Im guessing you have a MOBO that supports PCIex16 so heres a link that have really cheap DX11 cards to give you an idea
