Ok, on my pure F2P account (not this one) i tried to take the today offer - sale of the forochel quest pack for only 298TP (50% off). I had 408TP on account. Alas, nor quickbuy, nor normal purchases worked, both gave me 'error please try again later' message. I could place order fine, balance shows fine, but proceed gives error.
With only 24h window for purchase, im a bit worried that i wont be able to get that QP for my second account.
Any advice?

I have the same problem. Some players advice me different things that helped them, like restarting lotro store, lotro, switching to diff character, but none of that helped me. Try and if that don't work, we will have to wait for another discount or buy it at regular price.
Same here. Kept getting "There was an error processing your request. Please try again.", and now Forochels no longer available in the store. Just rode up there and no message flagged up either to say that I needed to unlock the area.
@abnewton - it sounds as though it auto delivered after the store error message. Have you since been able to do quests in that region?
Has anyone who saw the error seen it since? After the error, was the offer still purchasable in store for you?
I encountered the error message earlier today. Checked my Purchase History under My Account and saw 2 records. A deduction of 298 pts followed by a refund. Now, I can't see Forochel as an item to purchase in the store.
We were able to track the error message to a back-end system update that touches the billing associated with the store. Everything should be back to normal as of now.

My current TP amount shown in the store is my original amount. Not received any emails confirming a purchase either.
My character is currently in the region but I can't check any quests as his level is to low (35). All I can see is that some people have light grey/silver rings over their head but I can't speak to them.
The store no longer shows Forochol as an option.
Have I bought Forochel or not?
- if I have my TP amount and purchase history is wrong, and not recieved a receipt.
- if not then its missing as an option from the store.

Try re-entering forochel, if you don't see a ring in your screen then you have it (it appears in every zone you don't have access to), if it's not in the store for you, you have it.
although a lot of people dislike forochel, it's my favourite zone.

I have the same amount of TPs that i had before (989) when i tried to purchase qp this morning, and i have now Forochel. I hope TURBINE won't remove it from me since i tried to buy it at discount. If they want to deduct 298TP for its cost at 50% off i won't oppose to that. I hope same thing won't happen with GR qp tomorrow.

Unfortunately , the same thing happened to me, I've purchased the Great River QP at full price when its stated 50% off, how long did it take for them to get back to you I wonder?
