Cannot Log In to Turbine My Account
Whenever I try to log in to Turbine's My Account page, I get this:
"The system was unable to update your account at this time due to a system error; we apologize for the inconvenience. If this problem persists, or resulted in any issues in your account, please contact Turbine Customer Service. [err: -2]"
I cannot change the status of my VIP membership or unlock RoI Legendary Edition.
In game, if I try to open My Account in LotRO store, it says something like 'system error'.

I asked a friend in my kinship to test his logging in Turbine's My Account page and the lotro Store et he had the same issues.
There's a maintenance or a problem with the account system or anything like that ?

I went to these forums for the first time, just because of this issue which started today for me as well. I also get exactly the same messages you describe in the post above.

I just logged in to the myaccount.turbine page just fine.

I've tried again logging on myaccount.turbine.com and now it's just fine as the Lotro Store ingame.
So, no problem anymore.
