Now I have geared up, I decided to go into the Ettenmoors. But when I asked sme other Wardens on my server about their phisical mastery, I heard numbers like 27k, 34k and even one with 47k... Mine is 13k . What am I doing wrong? Click the link in my signature and my char will come up. The empty spaces in jewellery spots are LG vit set. Shoulders and Boots are Solidarity set. Going 3 Solidarity and 3 Spearlord.

34k unbuffed is extremely hard to get, 47k is just LOL. But seriously you can get in the 30k range by wearing the orthanc dps set and raid + great river jewellery + maxed LIs however I do like to build more crit on my champ. Mix n match what works best for you.
I run with max tact mit when using ST, max common mit, 11.4k morale, 6,3k crit and 15.3k PM.
I don't have crafted relics, so crit will presumably go up by 1.1k, PM will go up by 1.5k
With some relic rearranging, I could also raise my crit by another 1k, and my PM by like 400, with a drop of about 400 morale. Not to mention I'm not even finished my virtues yet.
Survivability is the biggest strength a warden has, even when DPSing you should be playing to that advantage. Glasscannon can work, but it is heavily reliant on not being attacked (highly unlikely when your the only tank class that's as squishy as a hunter). Glasscannon works best with Assailment stance for that reason, but is more ineffective as far as class capability goes (which heavily involves surviving lengthier periods).
Even with 13k PM and no audacity, you can fair well against most classes 1v1 completely DPS specced. Big exception to reavers with audacity. With them, fights are more balanced at a max capability point.

47k is impossible to get. 34k will leave you incredibly squishy, and therefore useless in the moors. Tac mit will be your #1 stat, and should be near cap (~14k). Depending on how much focus you put on physical mastery after, your morale should be 10-12k, usually, with pm 15k-18k.
Yes, this is for spear wardens. Idk what shield wardens do, stack vit or something.

Well you cant have it both ways....if you want sky-high phys mast, you gotta stack might might might, and Champ-style gear with might/agi/crit/phys mast.
You cant achieve 30k+ phys mast and still have 15k morale and high tac mit.
Right now, im having 13k phis mastery and near 15k morale. Tactical Mitigation is capped when using ST. With DC up, im invincible!! But dont do dps ...

As PvE DPS I get ~30k physical mastery and between 7k and 7.5k morale, but as others have said that's not really a Moors viable build. I cherry pick about half my DPS gear to find a balance between my tank build morale and my DPS build damage.

Yeah, try stacking a little less vit/morale and a little more might/PM/crit. I'm not sure I stack to 15k even in my tanking spec. I can't recall my PM score since I'm at work right now, but in my current moors gear I have about 11k morale and about 46% tac mit unbuffed and even in spear/fist build I'm hardly squishy. (Also if you're shield traited, try speccing red or yellow line. Stack enough of those 32 second bleeds on a target and you'll find that things do die. I love getting a kb 20s after dying as my bleeds continue to tick. Even if you can't bear to give up your blue line, make sure you have Force of Personality slotted, those extra two bleed ticks make a big difference.)
Any warden who says they have 30k PM in the moors is crazy. Mid to high teens is a perfectly respectable score for a moors build.
