Thread: The National Balrog Association is Recruiting for Riders of Rohan

As we approach the new expansion, there is less of an emphasis on end game raiding due to the level cap increase and it being unnecessary to grind for gear. In my opinion this is the best time to start a fresh wave of recruiting for an end-game based kinship as we can try out new players and not worry so much about the ramifications. We aren't looking for specific classes (we had a champ tank bukot t2 challenge with us and we had a minstrel kite adds in Acid T2 challenge).

For those of you searching for an end-game raiding kin, we are just that. We've completed 4/5 t2 Orthanc wings(no saruman), and 3/5 challenges(no saruman or FnF) so we certainly believe we have the strategies to complete challenging content.

For those of you searching for a more pvp oriented kin we can be that for you too. Quite a few of us have been around PvP for a long time, through the times when good action was considered 6v6 to the times when crickhollow became a zergfest. If you're looking for a kin that approaches pvp with a more intelligent approach than grabbing more numbers we may be right for you.

For those of you who enjoy trophies/cosmetics/player events we like to dabble in that a bit as well. We recently lead a full 24 man raid of players on a trainride from Galtrev to Bree while our conductor Stouttheirish MC'd the event. We have a weekly color of the week for raiding, as well as a cosmetic uniform that must be earned through trolling. And trophies? We pride our kin-house on it's trophies and we're always working to get more!

As Riders of Rohan approaches we will be beginning our preparations, including: Farming of IXP, seals/marks, shards/relics, virtues and even TP.
