Thread: Winning the lottery and not getting what was promised.

First of all, the lottery is free, but......would'nt you think you would get what your promised from the winnings?
2 of my toons won the lottery of the Argenost and won several things. The main thing, the mount of the Jeseter, what I was after was never delivered. Contacted ingame support and I guess noone can fix this. None of the winners will receive it.
I guarantee the mount will soon be for sale in the friggin store for 1995 tp.

This is just an example of many ways that Turbine is dishonest. Definately not the first time or way Turbine has screwed the customer over out of greed.

The Lottery of Angrenost didn't include a Steed of the Jester, unless you have a screenshot to back up your claim. As I recall, there was a separate lottery named Jingle-Jangle or something, with the steed as a prize. You won the Angrenost lottery, not the Jester steed lottery.

Actually, that steed was a part of a lottery along with other items and it wasn't just for the horse. I remember entering my LM (lv 36) in a lottery for it. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get your prize. I've had a few things not show up, usually seals though for me, when I won. Did you make sure it wasn't already in your 'mounts' skill page? Sometimes if I win a horse or emote, I'll think I didn't get it but for some reason it'll already be in my mount skills/passive skills page without clicking it.

I won that same lottery. The horse was not one of the prizes listed when I entered, though. As Nakiami says, there was a separate lottery for the mount.

Lottery of Angrenost is one of the regular weekly ones, the mount lottery was a special addition.

Just to verify what others have said, there was no mount in the Lottery of the Angrenost, I've entered it every week for a while now...never any mount in that lottery.

I didn't win that lottery but just to confirm what the OP saw there WAS a lottery of Angrenost a few days back that DID offer steed of the Jester as one amongst many prizes. Maybe different things showed up for different people I don't know. And yes I did see the lottery that offered the steed of the jester and the bell, this is not the thing the OP is talking about.

Perhaps the steed was wrongly included in the list and was quickly removed? Maybe just a few people saw it? Neither me nor the OP were dreaming though.

That's probably what happened, some people saw it and others didn't, because I wasn't dreaming either lol! Just like today, I saw another lottery with an error in it. Said for levels 46-60 but included my toons who were 28, 14, 34, etc. It was the lottery of the depths.

Which of the lotteries did you win? (Meaning, what was the time it ended?) If it was 07/01/2012 12:00PM EDT, that one did not have a steed listed as part of the winnings. Not when I entered it, anyway. I suppose it is possible that another run of the lottery did, but so far the winnings for Lottery of Angrenost have seemed fairly consistent for my characters. Not that I'd have minded winning a mount along with the marks, medallions, shards, etc.
