I don't believe there are, no. However, SOMEONE CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG , but any skill/gambit/legacy/stance/relic that has -% Attack Duration would make the masteries cooldown faster. From the warden's arsenal, recklessness stance + reck attack duration legacy would greatly reduce the cooldown. If on top of that you pop the Adroit Maneuver gambit you'll get an even shorter cooldown. There is even a legacy that would improve Adroit Maneuver's duration.
Other thing you can do is get yourself a few - attack duration relics. There are several out there with -2.5 % I believe... a couple of them, added with any of the previous would help.
For least but not last, there are a few buffing skills from other classes that would also put -% attack duration on you. Minstrel's Anthem of Prowess reduces it by -10%, and there another cappie buff/skill that affects it similarly. There might be even some other skill from RKs and LM that do so as well, I don't remember.

...
Attack duration, is the duration of your attacks. Attack speed. That thing. Nothing to do with cooldowns, not sure what gave you this idea.

Thanks for the correction guys! Yes, I thought that -attack duration affected the delay between skills so somehow I mistakenly thought that had to do with cooldowns. Anyway, I stand corrected! Thanks again for the clarification.
Yes, to confirm and clarify, -attack duration will allow you to burn through your masteries faster, but wont actually make them come off cooldown any sooner.
So, if your regular rotation of 6 masteries takes you exactly 15 seconds, then with -20% attack speed it'll take you 12 seconds to do that same rotation (numbers just for example), leaving you 3 seconds where all your masteries are still on cooldown.

Which isn't really a big deal anymore.Since they added Potency and Battle Memory I don't generally end up running out of off-cooldown masteries anymore unless I'm in "recharge mode" (Conviction - Dark Before Dawn one way - Dark Before Dawn the other way, which burns through all 6 main masteries in a handful of seconds).
If you find yourself burning your masteries too quickly, try varying your gambit choice a bit, using length 3 and 4 gambits a bit more and/or going builder-mastery-builder for length 4 gambits instead of mastery-mastery, chucking javelins here and there, and using potency/BM.
