    Exclamation Vip Activation - HELP!!

    Hey guys, i just bought VIP today and it did not activated yet!
    I already got a mail by Turbine Inc saying: You have successfully upgraded your The Lord of the Rings Online(tm) subscription.
    Now once i log into the game it says that my acc is Non-Vip, and instead of Update, it says Reactivate!!!
    What should i do???

    Help me out please :S

    when you log into the game on the character page does it say vip on the top of the list of your characters?

    the account name you see on your account as you logon is just a nick name, the name given to your account, oncey ou actually enter the game at the character select screen it should say ViP, Premium or free. if it does not say ViP then

    either your account has not been upgraded to ViP yet, some payment types can take 24hours to activate

    OR

    you payed by credit\debit card then cancelled your subscription too early, you must leave your subscription active for at least 3 days before cancelling otherwise payment will fail and your account will revert to premium\f2p, you will not have been charged, simply re-subscribe. if your worried about being billed twice check your statement in 3 working days, if payment has been taken and your subscription is not ViP you need to contact support

    I just checked my bank account, and the transation wasnt made yet.
    If i buy it again, like tomorrow or so is there a chance that i can be billed twice?
    Because i know that sometimes bank transations take their time...

    Should i wait a little bit more?? (like 3 days or so?)

    bank statements dont always update over the weekend, it depends on your bank. but if your worried about being billed already check your statement in 3 working days

    I don't mean to hijack this thread, but do you know if subscribing with Visa credit card hoduld be immediate or not? I have this problem as well, and I'm wondering if I did something wrong or if using Visa just causes slowness.

    paying by credit or debit card should activate your account immediately BUT you must leave your account active for at lest 3 days if you want to cancel to prevent the re-occuring fee at the end of each month

    if your account is still active and if after 24 hours your account is still premium\f2p you need to contact account support
