Thread: Cant acces my account! Help pls

I stopped playing lotro 5 months ago and i wanted to start again with my same account..because i bought tp there and played long time.I wanted to login and I typed my username which is correct and my password...it says that password or username is incorrect.Then i typed my last 4 passwords that i remember and it doesnt work.i went that "have you forgot your password?" and it redirected me to https://myaccount.turbine.com/?page_id=29&billing[process]=13&billing[target_lang]=en .i typed my username and didnt get mail its 48 hours now...pls if someone can help me...my characters are here.. i checked by lotro site i just cant acces my account.im really frustrated im trying to solve this problem for 2 day and stilll nothin!

Have you tried contacting support directly? In situations such as this that may be the best(only?) solution. Good luck to you

i sent that ticket to their support team a day ago and i dont know when should i escpect answer

Between 2 days to 2 weeks.

Especially we are on week end The service isn't open right now.
