You can start Moria. I mean, you've been doing Eregion underlevel, why not start Moria one whole level under?
A spaceship from another star / They ask me where all the people are
I tell them I'm the only one / There was a war, but I must have won

Start in on Moria. Most of the landscape quests are so easy, I have no problems doing quests 3 or 4 levels higher than my character. A lot of times I end up doing quests 1-2 levels under to my own level because I want to extract the experience points before the over level penalty becomes excessive. I make exceptions when there is plenty of content. I am not feeling like doing those particular quests again. Some regions I've been thru 4-5 times. There got to be another way.

Moria will introduce the concept of corruptions and coordinated attacks by your opponents. Spend some time learning about this game dynamic. where you will face the AI using the skills of several mobs to make for more effective opposition. It tends come as a surprise, the first time someone tangles with a group of three - debuffer, DPS and healer goblins all working together to take you out.

Don't let the 51+ questlvl scare you. I've tested the new revamped moria with my latest character and found plenty of quests for the early 50ies.
Just remember not to skip quests gone "blue", for some reason I've started running low on things to do once I had outleveled the revamped areas.

The Moria revamp has decreased the difficulty of the quests there significantly. I went there with a 47 Burglar and have had no problem at all beating up the mobs there. They had their morale halved and their level decreased so you can quest there at lvl 45+.
