    I was in preying mantis with marge and figgy, (the creators of the jingle jangle) and heard the bell every time we ran in to a boss fight. It saddens me that I never had a jewelled bell of my own. I really hope I win this so that I may ring the bell in their memory!

    Doesn't it still drop in the Rift? You could just go in and get one, if it does.

    One does not simply "just" go into Rift and get the jeweled bell.
