I'm relatively happy with my Moors build (I'm at ~8k morale, 39% tact mit, 7k crit, 3.5k finesse, and 27k tact mastery with food/scrolls etc... I'm going largely for a survival build, but these stats will vary as I get more audacity pieces.) I'm r6 at the moment, but I know I'm not as good as I can be. I'm fairly certain the issue is how I'm playing the class.
SO.
Anybody have tips for a lightning rk in the Moors, particularly when dealing with individual creep classes. I hold my own in raids, but I'd like to make it so that I can do better as a solo rk. There are some things I know, but any advice would be appreciated - even if it's reenforcing what I've already learned.
((For instance: How do I deal with filer flies in a 1v1? Best way to survive a warg ganking? Are certain skills useless against some classes? Which freep classes do you prefer to group with? Etc.))
against melee class do whatever it takes to go in range, that 5 to 10 sec daze, armour of storm (verry irrating), booth slows and ofc zap, zap and again zap. use enamels or is that was inlays to attune atunement faster and woala, if EC crits you won for sure
Take it up a notch and roll a few creeps for awhile. Learn as much as you can about both teams dugouts. You are at a young enough perfect age where you have a little bit of freep experience and not old enough to glue freep goggles on. Rank a creep class to 6 and see the huge difference and gain knowlege/experience every bit of the way.
Have fun!
Edit addition:
Good numbers for mits. Consider getting higher crit even if u have to sacrifice mastery.
Defiler 1v1s:
spend comms on fear pots
Don't worry about the flies.
Shoot for high finesse(6-7k)/crit build (9k+).
Jack up attunement with lawl CACACA/SS.
don't blow SW/ISB/EOS/EC, get your HD/TW/FOS buffs up to the max practical
double pop WOC followed by EOW and pray the debuff effects don't get resisted
If they do, use Frozen Epilogue
Perfect Imagery
Chilling rhetoric (if required to get to zappy hands state)
Lawl crit string of crits with EOS/ISB/SW/EC
Should be drinking a Martini by that time.
If you don't get it... time/coordinate your interrupts keep at it. At that point, he who runs out of power 1st has good chance of losing
Good luck!

There is no way you can survive a warg gank (with about 3-4 rank 6+ wargs). Even if you try to fight back and get 1 of them <50% morale, that warg will hips/sprint and the other will finish you. The ranked reaver who have time to charge is another pain.
Something is wrong with your stats OP. I had 8.2k morale with 9.3k crit rating. Noone was problem for me, only warg packs, which are pain for almost any class. Just try harder, get some expirience, do spars, as much as you can, and ofc, get better gear when you see it.
Another tip I'd give is I like to trait Writ of Health in the 'moors to tier down instead of diminish completely. I find that handy in most every situation out there, and always remember that Armor of Storm is your friend I hotkey it in a convenient location to use on the fly if I'm in a sticky situation with multiple melee creeps around. I like to use the Iulin necklace that gives great tac. mit + Sarchol out there. With that and a few other items I'm able to push 12k tac mit buffed, around 10k unbuffed out there, which is very useful.
I should clarify: My stats aren't perfect, as I'm well aware. I went for the healing set first (don't ask me why), so my finesse/crit are lower than they should be, but there's not much I can do about it until I fill in my storm set. Then I'll play around more with stats. I was just asking for advice more about skill than stats... Cause I swear every Moors question posted in this forum ends up in a debate about gear rather than skill. And since I've found rks wearing lvl 65 gear that are still perfectly competent out there... I think that there's more to my general runetardness than that.
In general against melee classes, you want to slow and kite. Distracting winds off a warg pounce is a nice way to get moving right out of the stun. And ofc shocking touch is great to get some distance assuming they haven't branded on you (which on dwarrow they did so cc is worthless anyway). cold debuffs will wreck healing classes, keep those up against WLs/filers. A nice movement trick if you don't need Final Words is to hit that immediately after EC to interrupt the animation and pop EC nearly on the fly. Proper movement/positioning is a huge part of RK success, being able to do max dps on the run is what makes us so powerful. Go to CM with another RK that's decent and have them watch your spars, Vid and I used to hang out on CM and talk strat all the time
