Thread: July 4th Moors Creepstomps

Hello S'lode.

This July 4th I'm going to be running two Freep groups/raids in the Moors, one at 2 pm EST and one at 10 pm EST. This will be kin/alliance members only. We don't have a lot of members heavy into PvMP so this'll be new territory for a lot of the people out there.

Note that we won't be doing any keep flipping or PvE nonsense; we're out there to fight creeps. I'm going to be directing my people to leave soloing creeps alone unless it's obvious to me that they're interested in fighting, in which case I will try to send one person after 'em for a 1vs1. Raids (and non-grouped followers obviously) are hard to control as you might well imagine/know so I apologize in advance for any solo/small group play that accidentally gets disrupted.

Right now I have just about zero idea as to how many of us will be out there, but I'll be updating this thread once I do know so that we will hopefully be going up against fair numbers.

Well, Brushfire hasn't been playing LotRO for many months now, but you're welcome to come out and try to kill some other CoD members!

Ryss, you should log one of your creeps on in a secret location before you leave and let me know where that is so we can be guaranteed at least one kill. (Just kidding.)

Looks like we only got a handful of signups, so barring a bunch of non-signups people showing up last minute, it will most likely just be a handful of us roaming around.

Lol, I'll prolly be here at 10, and count on people just being on. Not many people go on the forums, and people that do, don't leave like the Good 1v1 Thread or Grats <Insert Name Here>!!!!!!!11!!oneone!! So, people might not be on to kill you especially, but they'll be on, and they'll kill you :P.

Oh and I hope you enjoy today and maybe started Moorsing regularly, it's always fun to see new faces, even though I'm technically a new face too :P. It's fun to kill people I've never met before xD.

Unfortunately there were only 3 of us (4 for a short time) at the 2 pm start. Had a lot of good fights, died a bunch, killed some stuff. Also unfortunately some kinnies thought I'd be out there for like 4 hours so figured they could show up two hours late (I'm not naming names :P) and there'd be some action, but I had a BBQ to go to so was only out for about 1.5 hours.

The late night group had just three but another officer snatched us up for a Draigoch run instead.

I'm a total n00b at the Moors but I might start heading out there more on both champ and RK. Kind of depends on whether or not I feel like grinding out all those comms with 1 audacity as I refuse to grind a bunch of watered down PvE in a PvP zone.

Or maybe I'll get on my BA who hasn't logged in in like 2 years...
