Returning player, few questions regarding Expansions and Account upgrades.
Hello everyone! *waves*
I am an "old" player, in the sense that I participated in the beta and consequently joined the game and played briefly, around 2-3 months after launch.
I did however purchased the Shadows of Angmar(retail gold edition), Mines of Moria (retail) and Mirkwood (digital) and some of my characters have the perks, like the mounts, rings and extra bonus stuff I got.
But most of my characters do not have any of that and are missing bag slots, while others have 5 slots.
Then, I went to browse the shop and found several quest packs of angmar, moria and mirkwood available to purchase!
Now my questions are:
- Did all the retail purchases and mirkwood digital gone to waste ? Did I lose all those benefits ?
- I created a new character to try out if I would get the perks that I used to have upon creating, but there is none. I even have to buy bag slots! Why ?
- What is the most populated server for European players ? (I am from Portugal by the way).
- Where can I check the purchase history of the retail and digital versions I got ?
Thanks everyone for your time answering my questions.

Hello. I'll see if I can help out some with your questions. My answers will assume that, if your account had been with Codemasters in the past, you migrated the account over to Turbine last year when Turbine took over all the Codemasters servers. I say this because you refer to your characters as though they have been around for a while and they are the ones you'd played before.
None of your expansion purchases have gone to waste. If you bought the retail versions of Moria and Mirkwood and had applied them to this account, you still have access to that content (plus Rune-keeper, Warden, a couple extra character slots, etc). Mirkwood may still be showing in the Store because that one was changed to a quest pack. That does not necessarily mean you don't have it.
Shadows of Angmar was not an expansion, so unless you have purchased quest packs, you have access to the free quest areas (starter zones and Lone-lands) and would have to be VIP or buy the others to do regular quests/deeds there.
Your Account is Premium. Any characters you created while subscribed in the past retain certain perks. 5 bags, no gold cap, trait slots unlocked, etc. New characters created while Premium, however, will have the Premium restrictions. 3 bags, 5gold cap, limited trait slots unlocked. You can unlock those things in the Store, or by subscribing again and playing those characters while VIP.- I created a new character to try out if I would get the perks that I used to have upon creating, but there is none. I even have to buy bag slots! Why ?
Log in here: https://myaccount.turbine.com/ Not sure if it shows all, but it may be your best shot.- Where can I check the purchase history of the retail and digital versions I got ?

Let me add, if you were playing on codemaster servers and did not migrate over during the window, then you will have lost everything.

Hey thanks for the answers!
I did migrate and all my characters seem to be there.
What is missing though, is several perk items that I got from the gold edition of Shadows of Angmar and Mines of Moria.
I used to have some horses, starter rings, etc... but its not there any more and when I create a new character, it is not there.
And I went into the store, and at the account section>expansions and saw that I can only buy Rise of Isengard and the quests of it, I think. Moria, Mirkwood and the rest are not there so I think it is active on my account.
But I still cannot understand why it shows in the shop section>quests, to buy moria, angmar and mirkwood quest packs.
Did these not come with the expansions?
What did the expansions came with then ? lol
Thanks for the replies guys.

The one mount I can think of that I received on each character with either of those is the goat for Moria. The goat is automatically put in the mounts tab (open your skills panel, mounts is the last tab on the top). If you had other mounts, maybe they are like the goat and went straight there?
I don't recall any rings as perks. That may have been something only on the Codemasters side or just some edition I did not buy.
As for the quest packs that show up in the Store, that might just be a bug. I think other people had seen the same. If you know you have the expansions and the expansions don't show up in the Store, I would not worry too much, but you can report it as a bug if you want.

Thank you all very much for your replies, but it seems the problem persist and I have emailed customer support with details of cd keys and other information.
