    hail Landrovalrim!

Nothing new to report today on my situation. Cleaning both bathrooms and the master bedroom today. Gotta keep busy so I dont just sit here and eat.

Went out to the Moors last night with some kin and had a blast. Gombur is now a level 2 Esquire, with all the rights, duties, and priviledges pertaining to his rank, so please address him accordingly

    Have a good day all!

    Doc, thanks for opening!

    /bow to Gombur, Esquire!

Shocking video and news article about a hockey coach tripping a 13 year old after a game in the handshake lineup. I heard about it, and thought, well maybe it was an accident, how could a coach do something like that deliberately? Doesn't make sense.

Then I saw this video today.
I am outraged. If I was the parent of that kid, I would've been over the glass so fast.... That coach should be arrested, thrown in jail, and it goes without saying -should never, ever be allowed near kids again. Outraged!

saw the doctor again about the knee today. Rather I saw the triage nirse and the doctor shouted his prders across the hall without ever seeing me. he is my primary care physician, i have been there three times and never met him. Today he ordered an xray, which i had to go to anothe facility for but i went immediately, and he prescribed some pain meds, but i think it just super ibuprofen and is comong by mail eventually. I am going back to "see" him in 2 weeks, even though the x rays are available immediately. And people want this care available for everyone.....
I had dinner with the gf to talk tonight. And by dinner i mean she atedinner and i had a chip, i think i might have dipped it in something. She said her heart hasnt been in it for some time and she wpuldnt give me a chance to work on any of our problems. Better now than in a few weeks from now I suppose.

Sorry for the quality of the post. My phone is acting up and i have fat fingers. I cant go back to make any corrections to typos.

BD, sorry about both the bad knee and the broken heart. I was going to start a joke about sounding like a country song... but I don't think you're in a joking mood tonight. So, I'll just say I wish I could say more. But we're thinking of you, prayers buddy.

And like Welby offered, if we were in the same neighbourhood - I'd take you out for a cold beverage or two.
