Here are the details just in case you can't read the poster:
The Ered Luin Rally is taking place on the Crickhollow server
Sunday, July 15th at 1pm EDT (server time)/
17:00 GMT/20:00 CEST/10am PDT
Meet at the West Gate in Gondamon
Take a chance to win gold, an account-wide steed,
and 500 Turbine Points
The Rules:
The Rally starts in Gondamon, but no one knows where the finish line is! To complete the course, each rider will have to solve a series of clues to discover the next way station.
At the first station, a clue-giver will give the rider both a clue to the next station and an item in trade. This item must be given to the clue-giver at the next station before receiving the next clue. Then the rider again receives an item and a clue--and so it goes, through a total of 12 stations to reach the finish line. However, there will be more than 12 stations.
At the starting point, four clues will be read out loud a minute or so before the race commences. Riders may choose to follow any of those clues--none are dead ends, and all are approximately equal in terms of distance that must be covered and clue difficulty. Riders should use that time to determine which clue they are most certain of, and which location may have the fewest riders vying for the trade item.
How to sign up:
Participation is limited to a maximum of 50 riders. To have your shot at the big prizes, contact Dallofin today by in-game mail, or send a /tell to Dallofin on race day. You will want to sign up as soon as possible to guarantee your chance at the three 500 Turbine Points prizes.
The prizes:
1st Place: 10 Gold Coins, 500 TP, and an account-wide Perlino Steed code
2nd Place: 7 Gold Coins and 500 TP
3rd Place: 5 Gold Coins and 500 TP
A separate prize of 10 unopened Spring Festival boxes will be awarded to the rider who has the best excuse for getting lost. That rider must complete the course--but don't worry, we'll make sure that the truly lost find their way in the end.
Visitors from other servers are welcome. We do recommend a minimum level of around 15 to minimise the aggro, so visiting riders should level prior to the event and keep their 24 hour starter box horse ready for the event.
