    Unhappy Rune-keeper and warden locked in spite of owning Moria and Isengard expansion.

    I bought the Isengard and Moria expansion a while back and unlocked both rune-keeper and warden at this time. I had slots available for new characters, but because I was in the RP world, Laurelin, I didn't want to break lore with the rune-keeper and the warden didn't seem to suit me. Now I'm on a different server and I want to create a rune-keeper for the first time, I find myself unable to; both warden and rune-keeper are locked with the option to buy in store. I've submitted a ticket about this but I've had no luck... has anyone ever had anything like this before? I'm so sure that it's completely wrong. Furthermore, does anyone know how to solve it? I'm a student and I don't want to spend even more money just to get something back that I should still have.

    When you say you bought the Isengard and Moria expansion, do you mean you bought the Isengard Legendary Edition that came with the Moria Quest Pack? If so, that was not the full expansion for Moria, so di not include the Warden and Rune-keeper classes.

    The only way to get those classes included is to buy the full Moria Expansion in the LOTRO Store or to apply an unused code from one of the old Turbine Moria retail boxes. I don't think the full expansion is included in any other packages.

    If you did purchase the full Moria expansion separately from Isengard, then you will want to contact Turbine Support*. I'm sure they will be able to sort things out for you.

    Thanks for the reply! I don't remember whether I bought it separately or not because it was some time ago, but I distinctly remember warden and rune-keeper unlocking and I'd started to create a rune-keeper until one of my friends told me it broke Lore and so I stopped. It was definitely unlocked but now it's locked again. D: Thanks for the info!

    Ok. Since the only way to unlock Rune-keeper is to buy it in some fashion (there is no temporary unlock or "renting" like there is for some quest packs under VIP), is there any chance at all that you are on a different account?

    If you are sure you had access to Rune-keeper before and you are sure you are on the same account...I'm back to saying contact Turbine Support. Sorry I could not help more than that.

    I'm on the same account because I'm currently in Moria on the Laurelin server, questing with my Lore Master. Thank you for your help! I'm hoping that Turbine will get back to me soon on this, I really am! It's very, very confusing.
