    Dual-Wield Rotation

    As someone who mostly used 2H for a long-ish time, I've changed to DW recently. It interests me as I feel that there is more to get out of DW than 2H, and so far it feels a little more fun. I've yet to be able to outdps my 2H rotation single-target, but it's hard to say whether that's a flow/familiarity thing, or a rotation thing.

    The general idea is build fervour with Wild Attack/Blade-Wall, and spend it on Ferocious* > Remorseless > Rend (but keeping Rend bleed up) in that order?

    Any advice here, at all, in regards to getting the maximum out of my Champ when he's Dual-Wielding would be appreciated.

    *Not certain of this, but I've noticed Ferocious is pretty nice DW.

    That looks about right. Do you have Blood Lust traited? You get a ton of pips that way.

    I currently trait: Blood-Lust (R), Flurry of Blows (R), Vicious Strikes (R), Deadly Strikes (R), Deep Strikes/Controlled Fury (R), Ardent Rage/Improved Rend (Y), Stalwart Blade (Y) with Ferocious/Raging (or CB if single target fight)/CBR as legendaries.

    I assume you are using Improved Seeking Blade whenever it is up then using RS at least twice during its effect (you can get three - battle frenzy, fervour pot)?

    Ferocious is better DW than 2H

    You don't have to use a fervour pot to get a third in RS in if you don't want to use it.

    The rotation that I use

    Here is the rotation I normally use in combat. I like it in that I always have PIPS, don't really have cool down issues, I keep rend and 2nd wind up, and I don't need to trait the 5 PIP battle frenzy skill. And just for note, I trait the improved rend and bladewall so that I have 3 PIP generators to choose from

    Start of fight - Wild Attack -> Bladewall -> Rend
    First rotation - Bladewall -> Wild Attack -> Swift Strike -> Improved Feral -> Clobber - > 2nd Wind
    .... This gets you to 3 PIP's pretty quickly, the Feral, clobber combo is well known, and hitting 2nd wind after the clobber allows it to fire off immediately since clobber has cleared everything.

    Second Rotation - Bladewall -> Wild Attack -> Swift Strike - Remorseless

    From there its just alternating between the two, tossing in a rend every 2nd or 3rd time through the set to keep it up.

    Right now I think DW is a bit better just because they have made the off-hands so much better, especially with the great river recipes.

    While Feral certainly looks cool, it's not worthwhile to use in a DPS rotation IMO, especially since the Improved version does less damage than the non-improved version and costs 3 pips instead of 2. I just stick to Remorseless and Ferocious.
