Thread: Sign up rewards problem

I am trying to refer some friends, but they aren't getting the email from LOTRO. I have made sure to be signed in when I submit the form and have submitted it several times but none of my would be my allies have received an email. Thanks for any help.

P.S. I am still learning how to use the forums here so if there is already a post for this please excuse me.

Have they checked their junk mail? Or they may need to set their spam filters to allow mail from Turbine.

I have called my five friends and neither one of them has received the invitation or any LOTRO emails. My friend lonerose checked her spam folder for me and there wasn't one there either my other friend the old wolf did the same thing for me while we were on the phone and still no email. I am a VIP subscriber and would like very much to get the winged steed as well as add some real life friends to my kinship. TY for all your help.

At least its not just me. I didn't see another thread for this issue so thanks for posting Leywulf. Maybe we can get enough people having same issue and they'll do something about it. LOL

I can't find it now but I thought Turbine had made a post/comment after the horse was made the reward that due to the volume of request it might take a day or two for invite emails to get sent out.

I can't find it but I'm pretty sure I saw this somewhere.

Also keep in mind that sometimes the website/forums suck and just don't work properly.
