Its most propably a problem with ur client, withy is about the smallest server in whole game and has never been full apart some days in june (steam overload) and even then it was a bug mostly.. so contant customer support instead of posting in server forums, it will help more.
I have been having the same problem lately. There have been times that I have not been able to play much that day. This is getting to be too much of a problem. I am beginning to think I wasted the money I spent on VIP status.
