    Sunset Storm, last kill - gated area?

    Hi,
    Have attempted Sunset Storm a couple of times and got all targets except the last one...
    I am beginning to think he is within the gated area, atop the entrance on top of the small hill in Ward(3?)...
    Unfortunately if so, I don't have the Key this area requires - any ideas how I can get that - and where last kill actually is?

    Sorry , forgot to mention...this is in Lashkarg, the Khundolar fortress in Brown Lands...

    The gate is supposed to open after killing the third Ward However, if you kill them out of order then the gate wont open.
