Thread: Name Advice

I made a 2 dwarf Rks, one with the name Smolder and the other Electrifying, and I'm kind of torn between the two names and just wondering which one you guys like better. With Electrifying I was thinking of having the last name Personality. Also what vocation is good for RKs? I was thinking of going Yeoman because I don't want to the the whole Historian/Tinker grind it's boring to me because I can go semi-AFK for Yeoman.

If you have kids, would you base your choice from random people from forums?

You can (free world) but I think you should have the guts to al least pick your toons name.

I chose a lore-based name; Elvish for an elf. I would recommend a dwarvish name.

Assuming you have no other vocations, the obvious choices are Tinker or Explorer. With Tinker, you can make your own weapons, and with Explorer, you can make your own armor. The Yeoman vocation has the Tailor profession, but it doesn't have the Forester profession. You'll have to buy processed leather from the AH in order to make your armor. Historian can be a grind, but remember that the consumable with the highest demand is any Athelas potions. At highest crafting tier, Athelas potions will make you money hand over fist.

In fact, given that you have approximately 3 months to prepare, historian would be a good vocation to choose. Right around the time Riders of Frohan drops, you'll just be reaching top-tier, which means you'll be poised to craft those high-level tier 8 potions right when everyone will be using them the most.
