    Ministrel blue melody musical icon

    Hi, I notice sometimes when I play a skill, there is a blue melody musical icon on both the right and left hand side of my toon. What does this mean? Does it mean a blue healing skill can be used for free?

    Blue is when you can do a Bolster Courage without induction.
    Green is being able to do 1 heal on someone else without dropping warspeech.
    Red is the ability to do 1 warspeech skill when not in warspeech.

    Yeah blue isn't enduring morale.

    Its the free BC you get from the coda addition from Anthem of the 3rd age(melody)
