I think dwarves should get another class trait called "Extreme Dorf Raeg" it doesn't need to be equipped to activate so it would be like a passive trait, the trait is a toggle with no cool down timer and can be activated when someone touches the dwarfs beard, the effect would be any enemy within a 20,000m radius gets automatically one shotted (this can see stealthed creatures) with a 10,000,000 damage/second dot that carries on through death but stops and waits for when the thing re spawns and ticks again
